Oh, good luck, Ric. Will be thinking of you. Hope you don't suffer any significant damage. We had a lot of rain but will probably only get the back end of storm Helene, depending on tracking. Stay safe.

I'm in Florida and been up since 4 getting things in order to prepare for wind, lots of rain and loss of power.
