Good Morning Folk, The Sun is shining, despite the cloudy sky!!! Yes, I wore a boot for a few weeks after I had fractured my foot. It does tend to limit movement, but I guess that's part of the intention to hopefully aid a good healing process....Hmm! sorry I didn't necessarily mean the actual heal, unless that, of course is part of the foot affected! Hoping you find it helpful in the long run ..No, no! MIlly, pls don't try running yet!!! & Everyone enjoys a safe & happy day & night ahead....
