Well, I hope you can find a way to sit outside, Milly, even if only on the stoop (does anyone have a 'stoop' these days? It was the step at the outside door. We all sat on them and talked to the neighbours, years ago. Probably has another name. The "Threshhold"? Anyway, sit in the sun - you will feel better.
