Shoutouts Archive (16th August 2024)

All we do is go there and live. Very little tourist or vacation stuff. We did take 8 days out of the 2 months as a vacation. As usual, the trip itself is the pits, replete with delays and cancellations.

It's 26 here today and not terribly humid - we've been lucky with our summer this year. I'm sure you had a great time?

Thanks, Helen! Yes, the jetlag is strong! Not too much hotter here in Florida than in southern Italy, but the humidity here is oppressive.

Oh, I will do that, Ric, and it's nice to have you back. You are going to have to adjust to North American time again but I bet you've been awake for hours. All well here in the Great White North (although it's not white, it's green and filled with black-eyed susans and late August flowers.) Stay safe, all.
