A little update as I know you must be bored ! The Openreach boss has finally agreed that a new telegraph pole is necessary - now the job has been passed to the Council for their approval to dig a hole in the pavement.

Hello everyone. Thanks for the link Dan but Openreach have said the house owners do not own the air space over our gardens. The legal man from Openreach is coming at lunchtime to try to resolve the problem. It has been caused by my neighbour building an extra bedroom and blocking my cable from reaching the telegraph pole.
