Shoutouts Archive (5th August 2018)

Hi 'B'..... There was a fire on the hill at Harrison Park on Thursday and previous to that, last week the other side of the hill was set on fire. The fire in New Brighton was by the flats above the red noses. Just this evening someone posted that there was a fire started at the Breck.

Hi Helen, the weather is supposed to be cooling down soon but we have had fires in the park where I play bowls and also a grass fire, yesterday, in New Brighton. Started by lads so I've heard.

At least we have no forest fires here - lots of them north of us and out west. It's terribly dry everywhere. At least it's not as hot as Spain and Portugal, right now.
