We give the shetlands some tasty treats every now and again to help tame them and become more confident around us.

The new shetland sheep aren't short of food in their new field, but we will be giving them some even tastier snacks every now and again to help them become more confident around us and to make them tamer. They certainly know the sound of sheep nuts as they shake around the bucket.

Like trying to train birds to eat from your hand! As long as there is anything else on the ground or in the pail, they will go for that before they will eat from your hand. Beautiful sheep. Good luck with the taming.
