It was a rush to get the latest set of hay bales in this evening before the heavens open! This clip was taken from the live broadcast but not may people were watching so here it is in the archive for you to see at your leisure. After the bales have been made, they get stacked onto the hay cart and then brought to the farm yard where the elevator is erected and the bales are sent up the elevator one by one into the "forking 'ole" where they are stacked neatly inside the barn by Ben and Howard. It looks like we got the bales in in the nick of time as it is getting very dark over where the weather is due to come from (at time of writing)!

pleased you got it in in time. dont join the fire service you will strugle to get a ladder to a bedroom window lol cheers

lol dave, that thing is about 100 times heavier than a normal ladder
