After what seems months of preparation, the 3-disc LambWatch Video Diary DVD of 2008 is finally here!
The DVD features the Procter's Video Diary as featured on the BBC North West Tonight features in 2008; from the highs of skipping lambs in the fields to the lows of calling out the vet in the middle of the night. The trailer for the DVD is shown on the left!
LambWatch was featured four times on BBC North West Tonight in 2008 as they followed the events on the farm during the lambing season in a similar way to the way BBC Lambing Live have been following the Bevan's farm in Wales this year. The LambWatch BBC feature episodes are listed below:
The price of the DVD is £12.00 in the UK and £15.00 oversees. Prices include delivery. All money raised through sale if this DVD, as with any money raised through this website, goes directly into the upkeep of the farm and in particular on lambing supplies for the imminent lambing season! We are due to start lambing at the end of March / early April.

If you enjoyed Lambing Live then you will enjoy these discs even more. These show an informal view of life on a farm with a friendly commentary. As I am writing this I am watching a lamb just being born outside in the field. Wonderful! There are hens to see dashing to their feeder and so funny to see; a pheasant eating with the hens; a pied wagtail too. There is a ram having a pedicure and also Howard helping a sheep to give birth and also great footage of lambs gamboling around the fields and that is only on part of the first disc!
Did anyone else buy the Video Diary 2008 Season? Maybe you might like to review the other discs..
Oh, I wish I could play these over here across the Pond. They aren't compatible as far as I can discover. The trailer is delightful.
