The crazy media attention continues as LambWatch makes its debut appearances in a series of local newspapers!
Since the North West Tonight feature on the news the media attention in LambWatch has been pretty immense! Today it continues in the form of debut appearances in a series of local newspapers!
Craven Herald - Friday April 4th 2008 Issue
The Craven Herald is a local paper and this week's issue features the headline "Lamb Watch website is a worldwide hit" with an article on page 13 and a well-composed yet unforunately unphotogenic looking picture of me holding the BBC Video Diary camera!
It is a good article though except they have spelled my name incorrectly... *sighs* - our surname is ProctEr yet so often we see it spelled ProctOr. Never mind eh! Anyway apart from that it is really nice article and the picture is good, with Little John the father of all lambs on the farm in the background, and triplets North, West and Tonight in a corner snippet.
Barnoldswick & Earby Times - Friday April 4th 2008 Issue
On the same day as the Craven Herald article, the Barnoldwick and Earby Times have also featured the LambWatch site; including a large colour banner advert across the top of one of the pages! This article had no errors in at all which is nice
The Barnoldswick and Earby Times have also featured the webcam on their series of websites, primarily on the "Pendle Today" website, with the headline "Watch spring lambs here live!". It's again a really nice article with all the names spelled correctly which is nice!
lambwatch has always been a hit with me !! lol smile
