First Arrivals of 2009

Posted 21 Feb 2009

The first lambs of 2009 were born at the beginning of February. As you can see, they are already quite big! They spend their mornings in a field to get some nice fresh air, and the mums can get some nice fresh grass. They spend the afternoon and night in the barn where they are nice and snug and toasty warm!

I thought the whole point of "Lambwatch" was to see the new lambs as they arrived!

The photos of the lambs are beautiful especially the last one where all three are peeping through the barn doorway. Look forward to watching them skip about in the field when the weather improves.

Any chance of an update on the lambs' progress - especially Babs? Some more recent photos would be nice.
