Shakespeare's Sonnet 18 With Howard

Shakespeare's Sonnet 18 With Howard

Posted 08 Jun 2008

"Shall I compare thee to a summer's day"... is the opening line of tonight's recital from Howard. Shakespeare's sonnet 18 was one of his most famous sonnets and was very apt on this warm summer evening in June. This time, Howard had just been to a surprise birthday of his cousin Rowland.

Very much appreciated, Howard. I missed it at the time you did it. Wonderful poem. I could argue with you about the person it was written for, but I don't think I will :D (Wouldn't dare.)
