Hello from Texas

I am a Florida country girl transplanted to Texas.

My husband and I have lived in San Antonio for 12 years.

I hope to find a little country place where I can have 2 or 3 sheep to milk. The hair sheep breeds have been recommended for this area because it gets so hot and dry  in the Summer.

I love all things in and about nature. I enjoy homemade arts and crafts. I have an Auto Knitter circular sock machine from Canada that I can make socks with. (still learning)

LAMBWATCH brings so much Joy  to my heart with the sights and sounds  of Marifield Farm in the beautiful Yorkshire/Lancashire border!  (Shhhhhh! don't tell the other Texans that and area like this would be my 
prefered environment to live in. lol )

Welcome to Lambwatch - the best site on the internet!  Yes, the Yorkshire dales are about as different from Texas as one can get, and so beautiful and restful to be immersed in.

Yes, as Stephanie says, we are from everywhere.  I am one of several from Canada, where your sock knitter comes from, and you will find Aussies, people from Poland, New Zealand, and occasionally even South America.  Loads of folks from the UK, of course, including some from Yorkshire itself. .

When your bluebonnets bloom, send us a photo - now that's a visual treat!.
