Sound Tissues

Just a quick note to say the sound you are hearing on the webcam is currently "stock" sound, taken from some previous footage from our webcam. The sound you are hearing is being looped from a period at the beginning of March 2011.

We will be switching back to live sound when I have fixed the mic which will be in approx 2 weeks time

The result of the loopback archive sound is that it may sometimes get out of sync with the real world. You may hear the dawn chorus at midnight or the owl in broad daylight! It's all fun.

Did you mean Sound Tissues or Sound Issues?  Anyway, it came into my mail box as SPAM.  But it is amusing to hear the birds at midnight. Meanwhile I love the new icons.  Is there a black squirrel?  Those are ours!

My messages from Lambwatch are also coming into my Inbox as Spam like those to Helen. Just glad I am getting the messages - no doubt everything will be back to normal soon after all the changes to the site are in place.
