Hi all,
By chance last night I caught a programme on ITV HD called Ray Mears' Wild Britain and it was featuring british hay meadows as a habitat for abundant wildlife. It was very interesting and the meadows and methods they featured are very similar to those found at LambWatch.
They featured Barn Owls at the end in detail as they are found around hay meadows because they feed on the abundant rodent life that thrive in a hay meadow habitat.
If they hadn't said it was a focussed on a farm elsewhere, it could easily have been lambwatch :) I highly recommend it ! Tis an interesting half hour's documentary on hay meadows and how ace they are!
Here is a link to the programme on ITV Player:

I am not sure if there are any restrictions on where in the world this can be watched but let me know if you have problems and I will see if I can help :)
