Please spare a thought and prayer for Teresa

Hi All,

Teresa is a good friend  from the USA who has been a lambwatcher for a long time now.  She has today posted elsewhere that her favourite cat Bastian has been lost at Texas airport and they are not sure how or where he escaped to.

Please send all your thoughts, love and prayers to Teresa and Bastian at this time.  Bastian is her world and she really needs him to be found.

Teresa and Bastian have been members of the Lambwatch gang since the webcam first began. How can airport staff at Texas be so stupid as to lose Bastian from his travelling crate. Teresa is naturally heartbroken. Please, please let Bastian be found and returned to his loving home 

Aww I was so utterly upset and shocked when I saw what happened to Bastian and my heart goes out to Teresa.

I sure hope they find Bastian, I wouldnt know what to do if it was one of my darling fluffballs. :(

thank you so much. i came to the site just to watch the webcam, which doesn't work on this computer, as it turns out. i've only just flown into Baltimore and obviously been too occupied with other things to set up my own laptop. and i happened to see this post on the feed.

i don't know what else to say.. i'm just absolutely turned inside out right now. thank you so much for understanding that. it's hard to explain to a non animal person exactly what's going on in my head at the moment.

Teresa..I am so sorry to hear about Bastian and understand how upset you are and what you are going through and hope that he is found safe and well.  Have the Rescue Centres been contacted to see if Bastian has been handed in there? 

Very much hope he is found Teresa. My family and I are serious cat lovers and feel for you.

I hope you find Bastian. I know how I would feel when our cats would wander away. I hope a cat lover finds Bastian and that you are soon reunited with him.

            Don't give up ...My cousin lost her cat in transit from Toronto to Edmonton ....5 weeks after he went missing ..he was found at the airport...where he was being royally treated, and loved, by the ground staff, and maintain crew at the airport.

Apparently they had reported him as a collared domestic stray...but  the report got miss-laid and they didn't know he was a stranded passenger...He was eventually discovered and happily returned.   Make sure ALL departments are alerted as to his disappearance....and continue to remind them.!       I am praying for you both....do not give up !       Hugs, Karen

Does anyone have a pic of Bastian? The chances of my friend in Texas seeing him are obviously small but she has a very large family all over Texas. If I send one to her and she sends it to them etc at least it would reach a lot of people.
