Hi Everybody I'm Cathie and I live between Wakefield and Leeds. I have three grown up children and a grandson who I look after while mum and dad work. I love this site and am always popping in for a nosey when I have a spare few minutes.

Hi Dan, Yes I live in quite a rural area which seems strange being just a few miles from two large cities!
I have been to Barnoldswick quite a few times in the past (might even have passed through Earby). I used to travel to a cross stitching shop on themain street before I had the internet and everything I needed was just a click away. It made for a nice day trip though :)

Hi Cathie,nice to know another Yorkshire Lass is watching Lambwatch.You will have to come on Chat one night and introduce yourself.I am Sue and I am from Leeds so not that far from you and believe it or not I regularly go to Wakefield for shopping and Lunch.
