They are all huddled under the trees right now, escaping the rain.
What lovely names. This is exciting news. Heather actually is quite a lovely looking sheep. Will Sir Lancelot have a Guinevere, or will we have to have an "Arthur" instead? Anyway, love those names. Eager to hear more about them all.
Heather, Daisy and Lance all came with their names... we didn't name them!
The other 3 new shetlands are the lambs of Heather and Daisy. Only one of which will be registered, though she is not yet registered, her name is Rose.
The sheep with the red tags is Heather! She's one of 6 new shetlands to arrive at the farm, Unfortunately I've not had chance to do a news post about it but we have two new breeding shetlands (Heather and Daisy) and a shetland tup, called Sir Lancelot (Lance). Will do a news post at some point! The red tags indicate replacement tags because Heather lost hers so the rules of animal ID mean they need to be replaced with a red set.
When I first saw the sheep with the red tags in her ears, I thought it looked like she had curlers in. lol. She had a lovely face.
Who's wearing the red ear tags, I wonder?
I went back and looked, Sue - they are getting big and fat, those lambs.
Well, I missed them, though I saw some sleeping under the trees earlier. I guess that's what happens when you take a nap - you miss things.
Plenty of sheep right in front of the cam.
Good morning (well, still morning here.)
Not even a mouse in sight.
